Celtic Mindfulness
Sessions live on Zoom with Kate Fitzpatrick

Celtic Mindfulness is a practice that teaches you how to slow down, pay attention to your breath, your senses, your mood and your thoughts. It encourages you to harmonise with the energies of the land and the changing seasons and teaches you how to use these to ground your energy and bring your awareness into the present moment.
